Clearify AI terms
Clearify AI provides a web app and a separately metered MCP service for submitting images, running enhancements, and receiving results. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Using the service
- You must have the rights to upload and process the images you submit.
- Do not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, abuse MCP access, or disrupt the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your web account and MCP connection. Keep web login credentials and MCP access keys secure. MCP checkout does not create a Clearify web account or password.
Plans and billing
Web-app subscriptions and MCP usage are billed separately through Stripe. MCP connects through accountless Stripe Checkout using a billing email and does not require a Clearify account. For MCP billing, one successfully completed image equals one metered unit. Upload creation, status checks, failed jobs, and cancelled jobs are not billed. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and metered rates are shown in the applicable checkout or billing flow. Usage limits and rate limits may apply.

Your content
You retain ownership of your images. You grant Clearify AI a limited license to process your uploads and generate the enhanced output you request.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific results, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
